High Blood Pressure Symptoms

According to recent study, nearly one in three of U.S population has blood pressure. But most of them do not know that they have this fatal disease. This is also called ”silent killer” because the patient of this disease do not have prominent symptoms. The only way to know if you have high blood pressure is to measure it.   • Headache

When blood pressure is severed then a critical situation arises known as malignant hypertension. In this condition the diastolic blood pressure exceeds 140 mm Hg. And the patient may feel lightheadedness, vomiting and stroke sometimes. This is an emergency case; efforts are made to lower the blood pressure so situations like brain hemorrhage and stroke could be avoided.

There are many factors which cause high blood pressure like coffee, birth control pills etc. Other things include no exercise, old age, obesity and genetics problem can cause this disease. But there is no definite list of factors causing high blood pressure. So to avoid these complications one should carefully handle this disease. The natural way to overcome this problem is to do regular exercise, lose your weight if you are overweight and by quit smoking. Eating healthy food can help you to solve this problem. But one should consult doctor and follow him according to his instructions.
